April 1st (no joke) will have to start my first successful detox.
I gave up ice cream for Lent..But all I keep craving is a giant..

I hate using the word die-t. This one I found looks great though. Thought I'd share it with the ladies- to help us live a long, happier life:
Breakfast
1 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup skim milk
Lunch
1 small portion lean, steamed chicken
1 cup spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's kiss
Afternoon Tea
1 The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag
1 tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips
Dinner
4 glasses of wine (red or white)
2 loaves garlic bread
1 family size supreme pizza
3 Snickers Bars
Late Night Snack
1 whole Sarah Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)
Remember: Stressed spelled backward is desserts.

You obviously didn't grow up in a household where your mother said that on Sundays you didn't have to keep your fast during Lent. My sister and I still think this fishy, but worked for us.
Yup, that looks like my "diet"
That's great stressed/desserts! I've never noticed that.
Hi TCG, I'm sorry that I haven't kept up with you. It's been a little busy - I'm working on a contract that has me flying about 5 hours east for a week every month. The rest of the time I'm home but managing things remotely. Anyways, I like your ice cream sundae idea but I have a better 3 part program for weight management. Part 1: Eat healthy and properly, Part 2: Exercise regularly Part 3: Go at it like bunnies. Class dismissed :)
