My small word is feeling too small. Too self-centered. I'l get to that continuation post next time. But for now, I'm thinking of escaping NYC. Volunteering abroad. I simply don't do enough with the free time I have. All I can do today is this below - and if you can - please do so too:

This is great- I think too that I get too self involved. It's great to lend a hand and help others when they need it.
